GuepeRide SAS : Destruction nid de Guêpes, Nid de Frelons et Cocons de Chenilles en Île-de-France

We had some wasps making their home between the roof and the ceiling of the garage. My husband called their offices and spoke with Marie, who was friendly and responsive. The technician, Mathieu, came out to the house a few days later and quickly and effectively took care of the problem. He did an excellent job of explaining the situation and how he was going to treat the problem. Afterwards he also took the time to explain what to expect in the days after treatment and even how to build cheap and easy wasp/hornet traps. This was the second time (or perhaps 3rd time) we've used GuepeRide and everytime we received the same courteous and professional service. Two tiny negative points 1) I find the cost a bit elevated , but then again it is a niche market and I'm sure it's comparable to other pest control companies out there. Plus you are paying for the convenience and peace of mind. 2) The treatment covered everthing inside the garge in a white powdery dust. It will be a 2-hour project to clean it all up. I should have known better and prepared (covering items with sheets) but so should have the technician and he should have said something beforehand. Nevertheless, this company get my full support and we will definitely call them up for any future infestations.
